I haven’t been running in eight days.
I spent saturday + sunday + monday packing, loading, and unpacking. tuesday + wednesday were for weight training at my parents’ gym. I haven’t been sitting around, but I also haven’t engaged in cardio of any kind, and my body is rebelling.
so today is for running as far as possible for as long as possible (I’m thinking I’ll max out at an hour or so) followed by a giant iced tea at my favorite little cafe in wburg. then the farmer’s market for dinner supplies. wish me luck.
